RESOLUTION NO. 10,368
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT TO PURCHASE LOT 12, BLOCK B, EAST END
ADDITION, FROM SQUARE DEAL, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,250
FOR THE LOCATION OF A NEIGHBORHOOD ALERT CENTER
(LOCATED AT EAST 6TH AND CALHOUN STREETS).

WHEREAS, the subject lots are on the corner of 6th and Calhoun Streets facing the
Nathaniel Hill Community Center; and
WHEREAS, the lot is 50 feet by 140 feet and in combination with the adjacent lot is an ideal
Neighborhood Alert Center site.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an Agreement to purchase a lot
owned by Square Deal, Inc., (Legal Description of Block B, Lot 12, East End Addition, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas) in the amount of $2,250 for the location of a neighborhood alert center.
SECTION 2. The Airport Authority will reimburse the City for the cost of this property in
exchange for property owned by the City.
