A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE
PETITION TO VACATE AND CLOSE A PORTION OF ELM
STREET BETWEEN FOURTH AND FIFTH STREETS IN
PLATEAU ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 23rd day of September, 1998, asking the Board of Directors
to vacate and abandon a portion of Elm Street between Fourth and Fifth Streets in Block
12 of Plateau Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing of record in Plat Book AB, Page 252, in the office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject, however, to any public utility easements
located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the meeting of the
Board of Directors in the City Hall at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the 20th day of
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in
the manner prescribed by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks
in a newspaper published in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in
the City of Little Rock.
