A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO SEARCY
INDUSTRIAL LAUNDRY FOR ANNUAL LEASE OF
UNIFORMS FOR PUBLIC WORKS OPERATIONS
EMPLOYEES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Searcy Industrial
Laundry, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, to provide uniforms for Public Works Operations
employees on an annual basis.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is also authorized to approve this contract for three
additional one year extensions.
SECTION 3. Funding.for this project is available from account number 200- 220 - Various-
2020.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
