RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND
COLLEGE STATION SUBURBAN SEWER IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 243 FOR SANITARY SEWER SERVICE TO THE
UNINCORPORATED AREA OF COLLEGE STATION COMMUNITY
DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT ON FILE WITH THE CITY
CLERK
WHEREAS, an ordinance has been filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas approving a
contract between the College Station Suburban Sewer
Improvement District No. 243 ( "SID 24311) and the City of
Little Rock for sanitary sewer service to the unincorporated
area of College Station Community and for the treatment of
sewage from College Station by certain sewage disposal works
owned by the City of Little Rock and operated through the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee and the Little Rock
Wastewater Utility with a copy of said contract being in the
City Clerk's office, City Hall, available for inspection
during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday (except holidays); and
WHEREAS, under the laws of the State of Arkansas, a
public hearing on said Ordinance must be held before its
enactment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The public hearing on said ordinance will
be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City

Hall at Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 6th day of
October 1998.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
