4 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
5 ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH XEROX FOR
6 A MODEL 5690 COPIER FOR THE PRINTING SERVICES
7 DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL
8 SERVICES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
11 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a lease agreement with Xerox for
13 a model 5690 copier for the Printing Service Division of the Department of General Services.
14 SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from account numbers 100- 214 -1430-
15 6080 and 100- 214 - 1430 -6081.
16 SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
