A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO 3M
CORPORATION FOR REFLECTIVE ARROW AND LEGEND
MATERIALS FOR THE TRAFFIC CONTROL DIVISION OF
THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to 3M
Corporation, the lowest bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $64,493.58 for
reflective arrow and legend materials for the Traffic Control Division of the Public Works
Department.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available in account number 303 - 220 - 0776 -2150.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
