A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE EDUCATION COMMISSION,
INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION & ENTERTAINMENT
COMMISSION, OAKLAND FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY, AND
THE RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW
COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a)
Ms. Donna Stone (Parent of City Student), appointed to
serve a three year term, replacing Mr. Alfred Angulo,
said term expiring November 1, 2000. (late
appointment).
(b) INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION & ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION
Mr. David A. Richmond, appointed to serve a three year
term, replacing Ms. Brenda Fulkerson, said term
expiring May 5, 2001.
(c) OAKLAND FRATERNAL CEMETERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Ms. Beverly Broadnax- Thrasher, appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Mr. Leslie Rogers, said term expiring
July 1, 2000.
(d) LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY
Ms. Susan'Fleming, reappointed to serve a five year
term expiring July 6, 2003.
(e) RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Mr. Greg Hart (RMD Property Owners Assoc.), reappointed
to serve a three year term expiring August 6, 2001.
Mr. Don Renshaw (Architect), reappointed to serve a
three year term expiring August 6, 2001.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
