A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO CAPITAL
FORD NEW HOLLAND, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $63,494
FOR THE PURCHASE OF (2) TWO -WHEEL DRIVE
BACKHOES FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE'BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to Capital
Ford New Holland, Inc., the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $63,494
for the purchase of two (2) two -wheel drive backhoes for the Parks and Recreation Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 600- 360 - 6020 -6021-
7060.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
