RESOLUTION NO. 10,293
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPPOINTENTS TO THE ARKANSAS ARTS
CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND RACIAL AND
CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to
serve four year terms expiring June 30, 2002:
Ms. Sandra Connor
Ms. Terri Erwin
Ms. June Freeman
Mr. Mark Lee
The following individuals are hereby appointed to.serve
to serve four year terms expiring June 30, 2002:
Replacing:
Ms. Karen Mourot Mr.
Mr. Mike Mayton Dr.
Dr. Terry Yamauchi Mr.
Mr. Monty Scott, reappointed only
term of Mr. Charles Dudley, said

to fill the unexpired

(b) RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Ms. Helen Cartwright (Ward 5), appointed to fill the
unexpired term of Mr. Lonnie Bolton, said term expiring
March 3, 2001.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
