A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH MOSES, NOSARI AND TUCKER
FOR ACQUISITIONS AND RELATED WORK INVOLVING THE
PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY SITE.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract with Moses,
Nosari and Tucker, the low bidder meeting specifications, in the amount of $160 per hour
for Principals and $85 per hour for Associate Brokers for acquisitions and related work
involving the Presidential Library site.
SECTION 2. Funding for this project is available from the Bond Issue.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
