A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE ARKANSAS
DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH BUREAU OF ALCOHOL
AND DRUG ABUSE PREVENTION TO PROVIDE ADULT
ALCOHOL AND DRUG ABUSE TREATMENT SERVICES
FOR THE TERM JUNE 1, 1998, THROUGH DECEMBER
31, 1998.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to extend the existing contract with the
Arkansas Department of Health, Bureau of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention to provide adult
alcohol and drug abuse treatment for the term of June 1, 1998, through December 31, 1998..
SECTION 2. Funds for this project are available from FUTURE Little Rock Special
Projects - Prevention, Intervention, Treatment dollars.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
