A RESOLUTION TO AMEND RESOLUTION NO. 8,557.
(AUGUST 20, 1991) TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL STATE OF
ARKANSAS PURCHASING CONTRACTS.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 8,557 (August 20, 1991) is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The City Manager hereby requests authority in the name of the City of Little Rock to
participate in all state contracts, also available to municipalities, for the purchase of supplies,
services, equipment and certain materials pursuant to the State Purchasing Law and
Amendment 54 to the Arkansas Constitution.
