RESOLUTION NO. 10,238
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF CITY OWNED
SURPLUS PROPERTY AT 1112 WEST GARLAND STREET
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO PARDO PROPERTIES,
LLC.
WHEREAS, Pardo Properties, LLC owns the property at 1114 West Garland Street that is
adjacent to the vacant property owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, the site is a pie shaped partial lot created with the construction of La Harpe
Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, zoning "set back" requirements preclude the construction of improvements on
the site; therefore, Pardo Properties has indicated the desire to landscape the property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to approve the sale of City owned
property at 1112 West Garland Street to Pardo Properties, LLC., in the amount of $500.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute a Warranty Deed to
Pardo Properties, LLC for purchase of the property at 1114 West Garland Street.
