RESOLUTION NO. 10,182
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY SERVICES FOR
BIKEWAY DESIGN AT BOYLE PARK.
WHEREAS, in working with four area neighborhood associations to develop
priorities and strategies for improvements in Boyle Park, staff learned that the bikeway
is a priority; and
WHEREAS, Parks has successfully applied for iSTEA funds to develop a
bikeway and pedestrian trail from the north to the south end of Boyle Park.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a contract for
topographic survey services for bikeway design at Boyle Park in an agreed to hourly
basis not to exceed $4,900 with McGetrick Engineering.
SECTION 2. Funds are available from the 1995 Bond Issue, account number
303 - 230 -0529.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in fiill force and effect from and after its
adoption.
