A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS
LIBRARY SYSTEMS BOARD OF TRUSTEES, EDUCATION
COMMISSION, HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND
APPEALS AND THE SISTER CITIES COMMISSION.
ME W-1-11
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEMS BD OF TRUSTEES
Ms. Judith Faust, reappointed to serve a three year
term expiring December 31, 2000.
Ms. Freddie Nixon, reappointed to serve a three year
term expiring December 31, 2000.
(b) EDUCATION COMMISSION
Ms. Kay Patton (Private School Rep.), reappointed to
serve a three year term expiring November 1, 2000.
(C) HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND APPEALS
Mr. Dwayne Stuart, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. Walter Lloyd, Jr., said term expiring
August 1, 2001.
(d) SISTER CITIES COMMISSION
Mr. Sherman Banks, reappointed to serve a five year
term expiring January 5, 2003.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
