RESOLUTION NO. 10,164
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INCREASE IN
THE DAILY STORAGE FEE FROM $5 TO $10 FOR
VEHICLES STORED AT THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
IMPOUND FACILITY.

WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock currently provides impound services to its
citizens without creating a burden on the existing operating budget; and
WHEREAS, this facility has been in operation for 19 months and has been self-
supporting; and
1997.
WHEREAS, the increase will generate revenue above projections for Fiscal Year
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to increase the daily storage fee from
$5 to $10 for vehicles stored at the City of Little Rock Impound facility.
SECTION 2. Net revenues are projected to be $323,000.
