RESOLUTION NO. 10,160
A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO
THE LITTLE ROCK PLANNING COMMISSION
AND THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT
AUTHORITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed to serve three year terms on the Little Rock
Planning Commission, said terms expiring November 1, 2000:
Mr. Rohn Muse
Ms. Judith Faust
Mr. Obray Nunnley, Jr.
Mr. Richard Downing
Replacing:
Mr. Doyle Daniel
Ms. Suzanne McCarthy
Ms. Sissi Brandon
Mr. Ronald Woods
Mr. Mizan Rahman (School Board Representative), reappointed
to a three term expiring November 1, 2000.
SECTION 2. That Mr. Cy Carney be appointed to the
Central Arkansas Transit Authority to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. Charles Nickerson, said term expiring August 26,
2001.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
