RESOLUTION NO. 10,132
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
PULASKI COUNTY (AS FISCAL AGENT) AND THE
ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY ALLIANCE TO
RECEIVE $126,000 IN ENTERPRISE COMMUNITY
(EC) FUNDS FOR THE LIMITED HOME REPAIR
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the proposal is consistent with the City's Consolidated Plan; and
WHEREAS, the EC Housing Council identified the need to assist elderly
residents of the Enterprise Community with housing repairs; and
WHEREAS, the City responded with a proposal to use a' combination of
CDBG and EC funds for the Limited Home Repair Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to execute an agreement, and
related documents and correspondence, with Pulaski Comity (as fiscal agent) and the
Enterprise Community Alliance to receive $126,000 in Enterprise Connnunity (EC)
funds for the Limited Home Repair Program.
SECTION 2. CDBG funds are available for the Limited Home Repair Program
to match the $126,000 in EC fiords.
