RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING ON AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A
CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND THE
CITY OF CAMMACK VILLAGE FOR SEWER SERVICE TO THE
CITY OF CAMMACK VILLAGE; AND DECLARING AN
EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, an ordinance has been filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas to approve a
contract between the City of Cammack Village ( "Cammack
Village "), and the City of Little Rock for sewer service to
Cammack Village and for the treatment of sewage from Cammack
Village by certain sewage disposal works owned by the City
of Little Rock and operated under the authority of the
Little Rock Sanitary Sewer Committee by the Little Rock
Wastewater Utility, and declaring an emergency; and
WHEREAS, under the laws of the State of Arkansas, a
public hearing on said Ordinance must be held before its
enactment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The'public hearing on said ordinance will
be held at the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City
Hall at Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 4th day of
November , 1997.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law.
