RESOLUTION NO. 10,100
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH WITTENBERG, DELONY
& DAVIDSON FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE
POLICE TRAINING FACILITY REHABILITATION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, as a result of the recent tornado the Police Training Facility was
virtually destroyed and significant work will need to be done to rehabilitate the
structure; and
WHEREAS, a competitive selection process ranked the nine finns that qualified
for consideration and gave the highest ranking to Wittenberg, Delony & Davidson as
the finn to provide architectural services; and
WHEREAS, a contract has been negotiated with costs expected to be $48,000
for these services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with
the finn of Wittenberg, Delony & Davidson for architectural services in an amount not
to exceed $48,000 to prepare necessary plans for the rehabilitation of the Little Rock
Police Department Training Facility.
