RESOLUTION NO 10,055
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
RESTRICT FOR INFRASTRUCTURE PURPOSES FRANCHISE FEES
FROM ALL NEW FRANCHISES GRANTED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock desires to use for infrastructure purposes franchise
fees received from all new franchises granted by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby authorizes the City Manager and his, staff
to restrict all franchise fee revenues in excess of the total franchise fees received in 1997 from new
franchise agreements granted by the City.
SECTION 2. That these new franchise fees be placed into the Infrastructure or Capital
Projects Fund.
SECTION 3. That any use of the new franchise fees must be approved by the Board of
Directors.
