A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL ARKANSAS
TRANSIT AUTHORITY, COMMUNITY POLICING
ADVISORY COUNCIL, COMMISSION ON DOMESTIC
VIOLENCE, INFORMATION COMMUNICATION AND
ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION, MACARTHUR MILITARY
HISTORY MUSEUM COMMISSION, LITTLE ROCK PORT
AUTHORITY, RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN
REVIEW COMMITTEE, AND THE LITTLE ROCK
SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY
Mr. Doug Hardin, reappointed to a four year term
expiring August 26, 2001.
Mr. Charles Nickerson, reappointed to a four year term
expiring August 26, 2001.
(b) COMMUNITY POLICING ADVISORY COUNCIL
Dr. Michael Daugherty (representing Stephens /Oak Forest
Alert Center), replacing Ms. Suzie Page, said term
expiring May 9, 1998.
(c) COMMISSION ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Mr. Doyle Bailey (At- large), appointed to a five year
term, replacing Joni Dockery, said term expiring
November 1, 2002.
Ms. Jena McDonnell (Support Group), appointed to a five
year term, replacing Laurie Smith, said term expiring
November 1, 2002.

(d) INFORMATION, COMMUNICATION AND ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION
The following individuals are hereby appointed to four
year terms expiring May 29, 2001:
Replacing:

Mr. O.C. "Rusty" Sparks Ms. Judy Stoltz
Mr. Bill Asti, reappointed to a four year term expiring
May 29, 2001.
Mr. Bill Williamson, reappointed to a four year term
expiring May 29, 2001.
(e) MACARTHUR MILITARY HISTORY MUSUEM COMMISSION
The following individuals are hereby appointed to two
year terms expiring February 21, 1999:

Mr. Mike Maulden, appointed to a five year term,
replacing Mr. Fred Brown, said term expiring July 6,
2002.
(g) RIVER MARKET DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
Ms. Shannon Torbett, reappointed to a three year term
expiring August 6, 2000.
Mr. Larry Jacimore, reappointed to a three year term
expiring August 6, 2000.
(h) LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER COMMITTEE
Mr. Dale Wintroath, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. Henry Kelley, Jr., said term expiring
August 1, 2001.
Mr. James Pender, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. Patrick Miller, said term expiring August
1, 2001.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
