A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A CONTRACT TO TODAY'S
OFFICE FOR THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE FURNITURE
FOR THE NORTHWEST POLICE STATION.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids and award a contract to
Today's Office, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $298,482 for the
purchase of office furniture for the Northwest Police Station.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account number 303-350-0358.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
