RESOLUTION NO. 9,986
A RESOLUTION TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR JUNE 3, 1997, ON
THE CDBG § 108 LOAN FOR INFRASTRUCTURE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City desires to apply for a § 108 Loan to assist in the construction of
infrastructure improvements; and
WHEREAS, the City intends to call for a public hearing to discuss such infrastructure
improvements and receive comments from the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing on June 1, 1997, at 6:00
p.m. during the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors at City Hall, to discuss the
CDBG § loan for infrastructure improvements. All persons wishing to appear and make comment
will be welcome. A proposed schedule for the § 108 Loan application is attached.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is directed to publish notice of this public hearing; in addition,
the City Manager is directed to assure that this public hearing is prominently advertised on the City's
cable television access channel.
