A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPPOINTENTS TO THE ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF
SCIENCE AND HISTORY BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES,
ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION
COMMISSION, BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT, CENTRAL
ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF
TRUSTEES, CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT
AUTHORITY, RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY
COMMISSION, AND SISTER CITIES
COMMISSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby
appointed or reappointed as members of the respective Boards
and Commissions:
(a) ARTS AND HUMANITIES PROMOTION COMMISSION
Mr. Peyton Bishop, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 16, 1999.
Ms. Carmen McHaney, reappointed to a three year term
expiring December 16, 1999.
Note: Mr. Mark Robertson (City Board Designee),
reappointed to a two year term expiring December 31,
1998, see Resolution No. 9,902.
(b) ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. Gregory Barnes, appointed to a four year term
replacing Ms. Mary Manning, said term expiring June 30,
1999.
Mr. John Spivey, III, appointed to fill the unexpi,:i
term of Ms. Greer Grace, said term expiring June 301•
2001.
(C) ARKANSAS MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND HISTORY BD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. Jay Heflin, appointed to a four year term expiring
December 31, 2000.

(d) BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Mr. Michael Hill, reappointed to a three year term
expiring February 4, 2000.
Mr. Gary P. Langlais (Architect /Planner), appointed to
a three year term replacing Mr. Eugene Terry, said term
expiring February 4, 2000.
(e) CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Mr. James McHaney, Jr., appointed to a three year term
replacing Mr. Tom Dillard, said term expiring December
31, 1999.
(f) CENTRAL ARKANSAS TRANSIT AUTHORITY
Mr. Harold Boldt, appointed to a four year term,
replacing Mr. John Pryor, said term expiring August 26,
2001.
(g) RACIAL AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY COMMISSION
Mr. Jerome Ngundue, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Mr. Maurice Rigsby, said term expiring
September 6, 1999.
Mr. Andre' L. Guerrero, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Betty Hamlin, said term expiring September
6, 1999.
(h) SISTER CITIES
Ms. Marion Kahn, reinstated to complete term which
expires January 5, 1999.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
