A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE COLLEGE STATION COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (CDC) TO
PROVIDE $11,700 IN HOME FUNDS FOR
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES IN THE
APPLE BLOSSOM SUBDIVISION.

WHEREAS, the City has awarded College Station CDC a grant
in the amount of $117,627 to install infrastructure improvements
and $90,000 to be used as subsidies for low- income purchasers in
the first phase of Apple Blossom Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the proposal is consistent with the City's
Consolidated Plan; and .
WHEREAS, local financial institutions are providing the
construction financing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter
into an agreement with College Station Community Development
Corporation (CDC) to provide $11,700 in HOME funds for project
management services in the Apple Blossom Subdivision.
SECTION 2. Funding is available from the HOME investment
Partnership Program in the category of the CHDO set - aside.
