A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. VIRGIL
L. MILLER, JR. TO FILL THE VACANCY
OF MR. BOB J. NASH ON THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS RESIDENTIAL
HOUSING AND PUBLIC FACILITIES BOARD.

WHEREAS, a vacancy has existed for some time following the
resignation of Mr. Bob Nash, who has moved from the city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby determined that there exists a
vacancy on the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Residential Housing
and Public Facilities Board by virtue of the resignation
therefrom of Mr. Bob Nash, who was appointed to said office.
SECTION 2. Mr. Virgil L. Miller, Jr. is hereby appointed as
a member of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Residential
Housing and Public Facilities Board.
ADOPTED: December 3, 1996
