RESOLUTION NO. 9,828
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SALE OF A
CITY OWNED VACANT LOT AT 814 WEST
27TH STREET TO MR. ROBERT JACKSON;
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO
NR. ROBERT JACKSON.
WHEREAS, Mr. Robert Jackson owns the residence at 818 West
27th Street adjacent to the vacant lot owned by the City; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Jackson's lot is only 38 feet in width and the
City owned lot is 42 feet wide; and
WHEREAS, the additional footage from the City owned lot
would allow Mr. Jackson room to add a detached garage.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to approve the
sale of a city owned lot at 814 West 27th Street to Mr. Robert
Jackson.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to take
the necessary steps to execute a warranty deed to Mr. Robert
Jackson the adjacent property owner.
