A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH LAMBERT CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BAFFLE
SYSTEM AT THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE
DEPARTMENT FIRING RANGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
contract with Lambert Construction Company, the low bidder
meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed $37,500 for
construction of a baffle system for the Little Rock Police
Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 100 - 350 - 5200 -8010.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
