RESOLUTION NO. 91795
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
WITH BLAYLOCK AND ASSOCIATES FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE
CLOVERDALE DRAINAGE PROJECT, PHASE
II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a,
contract with Blaylock, Threet, Phillips & Associates, Inc., the
low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$119,559 for the reconstruction of numerous streets and drainage
features in Phase II of the Cloverdale Subdivision.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 303 - 220 -0396.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
