RESOLUTION NO. 9,793
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO INDUSTRIAL RUBBER AND
SAFETY FOR SCOTT SCBA REPAIR PARTS
FOR THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Industrial Rubber and Safety of
Chattanooga, Tennessee, the low bidder meeting specifications,
in an amount not to exceed $20,000 for Scott SCBA repair parts
for the Little Rock Fire Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 100 - 340 - 4200 - 4020/210- 340 - 0267 -4020.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
