A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY qq
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A `3 H 2
CONTRACT TO ARKANSAS COMPUTER
SYSTEMS FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER
EQUIPMENT FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF
NEIGHBORHOODS AND PLANNING.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Arkansas Computer Systems of Sherwood,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $26,138 for computer equipment for the Department
of Neighborhoods and Planning.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purchase in account
number 100 - 215 - 1510 -7120.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
