RESOLUTION NO. 9,710 355
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT FOR COURIER SERVICE FOR THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Shippers Choice of Little Rock,
Arkansas, the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount
not to exceed $10,500 to provide courier service for the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose from
various accounts.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
