A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS AND
REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE COMMISSION ON
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, COMMUNITY POLICING
ADVISORY COUNCIL (CPAC), EDUCATION
COMMISSION AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
(PIC).
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the following named persons are hereby
appointed and reappointed to their prospective Boards and
Commissions:
(a) COMMISSION ON DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
Ms. Antoinette Little, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Delinda Smith, said term expiring November 1,
1997.
Ms. Danna Klemmer, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Hester Criswell, said term expiring November
1, 1998.
(b) COMMUNITY POLICING ADVISORY COUNCIL
Mr. Al Armstrong (Wright Avenue Neighborhood Assoc.)
appointed to serve a two year term expiring May 9, 1998.
Mr. Larry Rodgers, (Central High Neighborhood Assoc.),
appointed to serve a two year term expiring May 9, 1998.
Mr. Kenyon Lowe, Sr. (South End Neighborhood Assoc.),
appointed to serve a two year term expiring May 9, 1998.
(c) EDUCATION COMMISSION
Ms. Mary Jane Rebick, appointed to fill the unexpired
term of Ms. Pat Young (at- large), said term expiring
November 1, 1998.
Ms. Stacy Pittman, appointed to fill the unexpired term of
Mr. John York (Neighborhood Association), said term
expiring November 1, 1997.

(d) PRIVATE INDUSTRY COUNCIL
The following individuals are hereby reappointed to three
year terms expiring May 3, 1999.
Mr. Paul Latture (Economic Development)
Ezekiel Vaughn (Private Sector)
Gary Dreher (Organized Labor)
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
