A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE ACCOUNTING FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS PARKING ENFORCEMENT
INCOME.
WHEREAS, The Parking Enforcement section of Traffic
Engineering within the Department of Public Works has
exceeded the, $65,000 monthly total revenue during four
months of 1995 for a total of $23,972.00; and
WHEREAS, The 1994 RFP for parking enforcement services
included an incentive provision which called for a 25%
return of all revenues over $65,000 per month to the service
provider.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Finance Department is hereby
directed to allocate $5,993 from the proceeds of the Parking
Enforcement revenue account to the Public Works capital
account (Account Number 220 - 2360- 7010).
SECTION 2: This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
