A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO PHILLIPS CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST
OF BROADWAY ALERT CENTER ON 21ST
STREET, A HUD SPECIAL PURPOSE GRANT
PROJECT.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Phillips Construction Company of Little
Rock, Arkansas, in an amount not to exceed $64,500 for
construction of the East of Broadway Alert Center on 21st
Street, a HUD special purpose grant project.
SECTION 2. Funding for this purpose is available in account
number 700 - 030 - 0468 -8010.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and approval.
