A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO ZARN, INC. FOR MOBILE
REFUSE CONTAINERS FOR THE PUBLIC WORKS

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Zarn, Inc. of Reidsville, North Carolina,
the low bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$131,075 for mobile refuse containers .for the Public Works
Department.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 603 - 220 - 2110 -7119.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
