RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE
B-TON WRECKER TRUCK FROM UNIVERSITY 1 MY
CENTER; AND FOR • . vl' PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Fleet Services division needs to purchase
an 8 -ton wrecker truck for City operations; and
WHEREAS, after a competitive bidding procedure it was
determined that University Truck Center provided the lowest
responsible and responsive bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an
agreement and purchase one 8 -ton wrecker truck from University
Truck Center in an amount not to exceed $35,157.60.
Section 2. Funds for this purchase can be found in Account
No. 210 -214- 0458 -7060.
