RESOLUTION NO. 9,597
A RESOLUTION TO GRANT A UTILITY
EASEMENT NEAR PANTHER BRANCH CREEK
AND SANDPIPER CREEK TO WINROCK
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,Winrock Development Company is developing certain
land near Panther Branch Creek and Sandpiper Creek which needs a
sanitary sewer services, and
WHEREAS, a utility easement over certain property belonging
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is a part of this need.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to execute
documents to grant a 198 -foot linear right -of -way easement to
Winrock Development Corporation for construction of a sanitary
sewer line to serve Sandpiper Creek IV Addition more particularly
described as follows:
A 10 foot eaesment for a sanitary sewer line located in
the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 16, T -1 -N, R -13 -W Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being 5 ft. right and 5 ft. left of a
centerline more particularly described as:
Commencing at the Norteast corner of Lot 62D, Sandpiper
Creek, an Addition to the City of Little Rock, as
recorded in Book E, Page 436, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
then N 48 50120 "W along the North line of said Lot 62D
and 62C, 96.42 ft. to the point of beginning of the
certerline described herein; thence N31 46137 "E, 197.51
ft. to the point of termination for the centerline
described herein.
