A RESOLUTION SETTING THE DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING
ON JANUARY 16, 1996 TO CONSIDER AN ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF SEWER REVENUE BONDS.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas owns a Sewer System ( "the
System "), which is operated by the Sewer Committee of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Committee is continuing its ten -year system improvement
plan, including providing service to several unsewered areas of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That January 16, 1996, at 6:00 p.m. shall be the date and time
for a public hearing to consider an Ordinance authorizing the issuance of up to
$6,000,000 Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1996 for the purpose of financing the
construction of extensions, betterments and improvements to the sewer system.
