HomeMy WebLinkAbout9588723 a y) RESOLUTION NO. 9,588 do n (7 A RESOLUTION AMENDING LITTLE ROCK, ARK., a RESOLUTIONS 8,620 and 8,621 (DECEMBER 17, a 1991), RESOLUTION 9,064 (DECEMBER 21, 1993), RESOLUTION 8,829 (DECEMBER 1, 1992), RESOLUTION 8,220 (NOVEMBER 7, 1989), RESOLUTION 8,756 (AUGUST 4, 1992), AND RESOLUTION 8,927 (JUNE 1, 1993), ESTABLISHING FEES FOR THE PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT GOLF COURSES, TENNIS CENTERS, SWIMMING POOLS, e VARIED ATHLETIC FEES, COMMUNITY CENTER FEES, WAR MEMORIAL FITNESS CENTER FEES, AND UNIVERSITY PARK ADULT LEISURE CENTER FEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary by the Little Rock Board of Directors to make certain adjustments in fees for use of the City's golf courses, tennis centers, swimming pools, related athletic activities, community centers, War Memorial Fitness Center and the University Park Adult Leisure Center. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1: The following fees for the use of the City's golf courses, tennis centers, swimming pools, related athletic activities, community centers, War Memorial Fitness Center and the University Park Adult Leisure Center are being amended as indicated in the attached Schedule. SECTION 2: All other fees as established by previous Resolution relating to the same are hereby repealed. • • 724 SECTION 3: This resolution shall be in effect from and after January 1, 1996.
