A RESOLUTION SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING ON
JANUARY 2, 1996, TO CONSIDER AN APPEAL _FROM
THE DENIAL OF HARRISON PLACE APART74EIITS
SHORT -FORK PLANNED DEVELOPMENT RESIDENTIAL
(Z- 5961); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission denied a
request for a planned development entitled the Harrison Place
Apartments Short -Form Planned Development- Residential; and
WHEREAS, there has been an appeal of this denial in
accordance with City ordinances; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to have a public hearing prior to
the consideration of this issue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A public hearing is scheduled for January 2,
1996, beginning on or about 6:00 p.m., to consider the appeal of
a denial of the Harrison Place Apartments Short -Form Planned
Development - Residential (2- 5961). The City Clerk is to assure
that proper notice of this public hearing has been made by the
responsible party.
