RESOLUTION NO. 9.577
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
REINSTATEMENT OF REBECCA FINNEY
TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.
WHEREAS, Ms. Rebecca Finney was appointed to the Board
of Adjustment on November 2, 1993, said term expiring
February 4, 1996; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Finney has missed more than 25% of all
regular meetings in one calendar year or more than 3
consecutive regularly scheduled meetings; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Finney has submitted her request in
writing to be reinstated to the Board of Adjustment; and
WHEREAS, the Board finds that Ms. Finney should be
reinstated.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ms. Rebecca Finney is hereby reinstated to
the Board of Adjustment to fill out the remainder of her
term.
