4 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
5 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, CERTIFYING LOCAL
GOVERNMENT ENDORSEMENT OF AMERICAN FIBER
6 INDUSTRIES, LLC TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ARKANSAS
7 ENTERPRISE ZONE PROGRAM.

WHEREAS, the local government must endorse a business
10
11 or enterprise to participate in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone
12 Program and benefit from the exemptions as provided in the
13 Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program Regulations of 1993; and
14
15 WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on specific
16 forms available from AIDC; and
17 WHEREAS, American Fiber Industries (A.A.A.H. Holdings,
18
19 Inc. and A.F.I,., Inc.), to be located at 9501 Frazier Pike,
20 has been determined by the management of the Enterprise Zone
21 as an appropriate applicant; and
22
23 WHEREAS, American Fiber Industries has agreed to
24 furnish to management of the Enterprise Zone all necessary
25 information for compliance.

27 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
28 DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
29 SECTION 1. American Fiber Industries (A.A.A.H.
30
31 Holdings, Inc. and A.F.I., Inc.) shall be endorsed by the
32 City of Little Rock for benefit from the refunds and tax
33 credits as provided in the Arkansas Enterprise Zone Program
34
35 Regulations of 1993, through June 30, 1999, including any
36 local City gross receipts and compensating use taxes.

SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to sign the
required Certificate of Local Government Endorsement.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its adoption and approval.
