A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF THAT
PORTION OF VALLEY DRIVE FROM MABELVALE
CUTOFF SOUTH TO YORKWOOD DRIVE TO
EXCALIBUR DRIVE.

WHEREAS, all owners of property abutting that portion of
Valley Drive from Mabelvale Cutoff south to Yorkwood Drive
have signed a petition requesting that the name of the street
be changed to Excalibur Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, at its
October 31, 1995 meeting, recommended approval of the
proposed name change.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The name of that portion of Valley Drive
from Mabelvale Cutoff south to Yorkwood Drive, located in
the Yorkwood Addition, is hereby changed to Excalibur Drive.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and the City Manager is
hereby directed to notify all departments of said change.
