RESOLUTION NO. 9,555
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO ZARN, INC. FOR THE
PURCHASE OF 2,500 SOLID WASTE SUPER
CARTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Zarn, Inc., the low bidder meeting
specifications, in an amount not to exceed $95,750 for the
purchase of 2,500 Solid Waste Super Carts for the Department of
Public Works.
SECTION 2. Funds are available for this purpose in account
number 603 -220- 2110 -7119.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
