A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY

MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A

CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF DIGITAL

PAGER SERVICE FOR THE POLICE

DEPARTMENT.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into a
12
contract with Alltel Mobile of Little Rock, Arkansas, the .low
13
bidder meeting specifications, in an amount not to exceed
$23,715 per year for digital pager service for the Police
14
Department.

SECTION 2. Funding is available for this purpose in account
16
number 100 - 350 - 5600 -6010.
17
SECTION 3. This contract has the option of renewal for two
1s
years if mutually accepted and with City Manager approval.
