RESOLUTION NO. 9,549
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO ACCEPT BIDS AND AWARD A
CONTRACT TO ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL
LEAGUE FOR VEHICLE LIABILITY
INSURANCE COVERAGE.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City Manager is authorized to accept bids
and award a contract to Arkansas Municipal League of North
Little Rock, Arkansas, in an amount not to exceed $227,760 for
vehicle liability insurance coverage.
SECTION 2. Funding is available for this purpose in account
number 600 - 360 - 6020 -6030.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
