A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MS. MILLIE WARD AS A

COMMISSIONER FOR METROCENTRE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT

NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, Metrocentre Improvement District No. 1 of the

City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized pursuant to the

8
authority of Act 162 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Ln

the State of Arkansas for the year 1973 ( "Act 162 "), was

created by Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 12,849 (October
11
16, 1973); and

WHEREAS, Mr. Curt Bradbury, who was appointed as a
13
member of the Board of Commissioners for said District, has

resigned as a Commissioner; and

WHEREAS, Section li of said Act 162 provides that

16
vacancies of Commissioners shall be filled by appointment of
a

the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
19
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:

SECTION 1. It is hereby determined that there exists a
21
vacancy on the Board of Commissioners of Metrocentre
22
Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Little Rock,
23
Arkansas, by virtue of the resignation therefrom of Mr. Curt
24
Bradbury, who was appointed to said office.
25
SECTION 2. Ms. Millie Ward, a person meeting the
26
requirements of said Act 162, is hereby appointed as a
27
member of the Board of Commissioners of Metrocentre
28
Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Little Rock,
29
Arkansas.
