RESOLUTION NO. 9,542
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND
REAFFIRMING COMMISSIONERS FOR
BROADMOOR RECREATION IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 2 OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Broadmoor Recreation Area
Improvement District No. 2 of Little Rock, Arkansas, (the
"District ") recommend the appointment of Mike Witherell, Keith
Wren, Mike Thomas, Toni Dickenson, Patricia Mitchell and Cal
Wasson as Commissioners for the District; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of the District recommend the
reaffirmation of the appointments of Commissioners Mike Dees,
Craig Gillam, and Martha Henderson.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Mike Witherell, Keith Wren, Mike Thomas,
Toni Dickenson, Patricia Mitchell and Cal Wasson are hereby
appointed as members of the Board of Commissioners of Broadmoor
Recreation Area Improvement District No.. 2 of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That appointments of Commissioners Mike Dees,
Craig Gillam, and Martha Henderson, are hereby reaffirmed.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall become effective upon its
adoption and approval..
